The structure “Accommo” is based on the idea of contour adapting. The geometry is designed of cells joined to a single part. Introduced loads are redirected in a relative countermovement. Less stressed neighboring cells tilt up against the direction of the incoming force. That allows a kind of “active” three-dimensional contour adapting.
